Our client is a trusted organization that represents and supports the design community across New Zealand. They run Australasia’s largest annual showcase of excellence across graphic, digital, motion, product and spatial design.
They are searching for an exceptional Membership Administrator to join their small, dynamic team.
This is a permanent full-time role based at their office in Newmarket.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Processing new member applications and manage annual membership renewals
- Drive membership retention and growth initiatives
- Membership invoicing and debtors
- Office administration including reception, IT support, calendar planning and reporting
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- First and foremost, a structured approach to your work and an exceptional eye for detail
- Strong administration experience, at least 2 years+
- An aptitude for accurate data entry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset
- An understanding or appreciation of the design industry
This is a busy role with a focus on detail and process. You’ll enjoy getting everything in order and following your daily/monthly/yearly checklists!
The salary for this role is in the $65-68K range.
