Our client is an innovative independent design agency who specialise in branding, content and design. They work across a broad range of clients and projects and have a strong team culture.

They’re on the hunt for a strong senior level Account Director to join them on a 9-month maternity contract.

This role is part of the senior client service team, and reports to the Client Service Director. You’ll be leading a portfolio of clients, building and managing strong client relationships, and leading all aspects of projects from brief to delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

- Agency experience at a senior Account Director level.

- The ability to develop trusted relationships, making tough conversations seem easy and work collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.

- Skills in strategic thinking and problem solving.

- Sharp commercial skills and a natural ability to lead and inspire the team.  

- A positive can-do attitude.

This is an in-office role, working 4 full days/week, starting mid-late June.
