We started Gather in 2023 and have a combined 25 years of experience in recruiting in the creative industry in Aotearoa.

We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Be it for permanent, contract or freelance roles.


Caro is all over client service, account management, producers, project managers, strategists, marketing experts, content specialists, admin and studio and traffic managers.

Annie works across designers (graphic, digital, motion, UI), writers, video editors, illustrators, writers, retouchers, Mac ops and creative art workers, content designers, art directors and top level creatives.
