We’re working with a boutique design studio who are on the hunt for a talented Design Lead to join their growing team. If you’re an experienced design creative with a strong technical background this role offers a lot of potential growth.

With a focus on everything from branding and marketing materials to digital content this small team are looking for someone to step in and help lead their creative.

The role:

• Take ownership of design strategy and execution across multiple client projects.

• Lead the creative direction for branding, campaigns, and digital content.

• Create and refine design concepts.

• Retouching and image composite skill are essential.

• Develop brand guidelines and make sure all design assets stay on-point.

• Produce engaging assets for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

• Keep up with the latest design trends and pushing creative boundaries.

About You:

• You’ve got 6+ years of experience in design, and your portfolio speaks for itself.

• You’ve held a senior design role and are comfortable leading projects and collaborating with others.

• You’re a pro with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and have strong skills in Photoshop compositing and retouching.

• You think strategically and approach design challenges with innovative solutions.

• You’re a clear communicator – whether it’s with clients, the team, or across email/chat.

• You can manage multiple projects, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Great attention to detail.

Bonus skills:

• Illustration experience.

• Copywriting acumen.

• UI design and HTML5 banner design experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint templates).
