Our client is a busy and growing independent agency who specialize in brand, design and content. They have a strong and vibrant culture, working out of stunning offices in Grey Lynn.
This role is one of two senior roles within the client service team, reporting to the Client Service Director. You’ll be leading a portfolio of client work, having the autonomy to solve problems and implement solutions, managing finances and mentoring juniors in the team.
We’re looking for:
- Experience from an agency environment.
- The maturity and experience to think on your feet, find clarity, solving problems as you go.
- High productivity and extensive experience managing WIPs, timelines and budgets.
- A love of creative, ideas and copy.
- A strategic mindset.
- A collaborative approach and a strong work ethic, all contributing to a strong team culture.
- Superb client service skills.
- Sharp commercial skills.
