Our client is a social media agency who specialise in purposeful work for brands who are seeking to create genuine online connections with their communities. They operate on a full-remote model, with a south Auckland base.
They are searching for a Senior Account Manager who specialises in social media to join them for a 12-month maternity contract. This is a pivotal role for the business, leading all client comms and seeing projects through to delivery.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Acting as day-to-day contact for all clients and work in progress.
- Providing exceptional client service, anticipating client needs and maintaining authentic and timely communication.
- Managing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Anticipate and resolve any issues early, taking a proactive and constructive approach.
Candidates for this role must:
- Be Auckland based for in-person meetings.
- Have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in social media marketing, specifically managing client service and project management.
- Skills and experience working across relevant software/platforms (Sprout Social or equivalent, Google Workspace, Trello, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
This role will start 20 hours/week and will grow to 40hours/week in November.
