With a focus on leadership and mentorship we are looking for a Design Lead for a maternity cover contract.

Working for one of Aotearoa’s most loved FMCG brands this is a special role.

Start early February 2025.

You:

• Are an experienced design professional with experience leading a team.

• Understand workflow management and budgeting.

• Are able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

• Excel in idea generation and thought leadership.

• Have strong mentoring ability and love to see others thrive.

A big year ahead for this brand with lots of storytelling and exciting new projects on the horizon, this role is varied creatively and requires someone who is happy to be largely hands off the tools, enabling juniors to develop and grow and see ideas through.

While this is a 40 hour a week job, there is flexibility and options to work from home at times.

Working directly with the Marketing Manager ensure this brand is managed and looked after to uphold its wonderful reputation.
